This overview shows how a typical three-hour office wellbeing fair can flow. Timings and activities are tailored to your space, headcount, and goals — we design the final run-of-show together with your HR team.

Below is an illustrative schedule. Your actual programme may combine screening, consultations, and wellness sessions in the order that fits your floor plan and colleague traffic.

Fair open

Welcome & registration

Guests arrive, check in, and pick up any simple wayfinding or activity cards. Beans hosts manage queue flow and timing.

Throughout

Health screening & wellness stations

Professional screening (e.g. body composition with qualified nurses) runs alongside your chosen wellness experiences — for example mat-based movement, sound relaxation, or mindful breaks.

12:00–2:00 PM

TCM health consultation station

Dedicated window for Traditional Chinese Medicine health consultations — colleagues book or walk up for short one-on-one guidance with a qualified practitioner.

Note: The 12:00–2:00 PM TCM block is a fixed feature of this sample 3-hour format so HR can plan colleague coverage and room use.
