6-hour wellbeing fair · overview

A full-day wellbeing fair with room for everyone to participate.

This overview describes how a typical six-hour office wellbeing fair can run. It suits larger headcounts, multiple departments, or companies that want several wellness experiences plus extended screening and consultation time — all coordinated by Beans on site.

Timings are indicative. We align the run-of-show with your lunch patterns, peak floor traffic, and any hybrid or shift workers who need staggered access.

Morning

Fair opens · screening & stations live

Registration, screening queues, and first-wave wellness sessions begin. Multiple activities can run in parallel in different zones.

Midday

Peak participation

Lunch-adjacent traffic: colleagues rotate through screening, TCM or dietitian consultations, and shorter drop-in classes or demos.

Afternoon

Extended sessions & deeper experiences

Longer-format workshops (e.g. 45–60 minute sessions), repeat slots for popular activities, and time for colleagues who could not attend earlier.

Optional

Expert sharing block

A short live sharing segment on a health topic (TCM, nutrition, movement recovery, etc.) can anchor the afternoon — useful for all-staff visibility.

Close

Wrap-up & follow-through

Feedback capture, thank-you messaging, and a concise post-event report with recommendations for recurring programmes.

This page is an overview only — no public pricing. Your quote reflects headcount, location, session mix, lead time, and partner requirements.

Bowtie & JP Health

Extended fair hours allow comfortable pacing for Tanita-style screening, consultations, and queue management. Beans designs station layout and staffing so the day feels organised, not crowded.
