Advanced Booking: Advance booking is required and can be made between 14 days and up to 3 months prior to the event date. To confirm a booking, please email us at hello@beans-wellness.com
Host Replacement: In the event of unforeseen circumstances where the assigned host is unavailable, we reserve the right to appoint another qualified host with equivalent expertise.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and must be settled at least 14 days prior to the retreat date. The remaining balance is to be settled within 14 days after the activity date. All payments made are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Client may reschedule the event once with a minimum of 14 days' notice.
Liability & Insurance: Our company is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate liability insurance coverage.
Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control, we will take necessary measures as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
