Three-part experience in each 30-minute block: grounding introduction to mindfulness; breathwork for stress release; guided mindful tasting and journaling with Breathing Tea (three flavours). Aligned with April Stress Awareness Month — low-sugar, plant-based kombucha framed as mindful eating, not a casual drinks session.

Earth Month at the 1/F Pantry (Oatside)

Extends mindful eating beyond the booked rooms: quick cards and a staffed table so even colleagues who cannot join a full session can still take part during the 1:30–3:00 pm drop-in window.
