Supplier Bot

Pipeline for automated supplier outreach via chatServer. Eric has already packaged the intelligence layer (schema/contract, dyn-v2, cross-supplier comparison, live batch manifest/runner, replication guidance) and proven the Alibaba live path enough for handoff. The next practical split is media support, and it is now understood as a joint problem: Sourcy/Tek must expose real attachment send + sync behavior, while Eric's side must add media-aware session state, prompting, context injection, and evaluation so images/files become first-class parts of the bot workflow.
